Reckless Driving

Reckless Driving

Though less serious than DWI/DUI, Reckless Driving charges carry significant penalties as well. There is a mandatory 60 day loss of license for a first offense and from 60 day to one year for a subsequent offense. And a conviction for Reckless Driving counts the same as a DWI/DUI conviction with respect to the points it carries toward making you an Habitual Offender and subject to that related license loss.
