When disputes do arise, we can represent you through the process to address the issue. This may be a Petition to Quiet Title where an order is sought from the Court to resolve the dispute. Alternatively, a Petition for Partition may be required. This is used when two or more people own the same tract of real estate and they no longer desire to jointly own the property together. There we may seek to have you buy the other owner out or you may seek to sell to the other owner, or we may seek the judicial sale of the property so that the proceeds are equitably divided. Other examples of disputes can range from, boundary line disputes, ownership disputes, evictions, foreclosures and just about anything else that deals with real estate.
